Extends the coworking platform experience to native mobile devices, enabling members to book spaces, manage memberships, and stay connected with their workspace community on-the-go.
The Challenge
While Hamlet's web platform successfully managed coworking operations, members needed mobile-first access for spontaneous bookings, quick check-ins, and real-time notifications. The existing responsive web experience wasn't sufficient for the fast-paced, location-aware needs of mobile users who wanted to book desks while commuting or receive push notifications about booking confirmations.
The Solution
I designed a native mobile experience that leverages device capabilities while maintaining design consistency with the web platform. The app focuses on the most critical mobile use cases: quick booking, location-based space discovery, push notifications, and offline functionality. By prioritizing speed and convenience, the mobile app became an essential tool for active coworking members.
Login/Onboarding
